Georgia-Linked Aircraft Reached Fort Meade Ahead of College-Sports Markup
The first tracked N91B trip to that Maryland field landed near Washington as SEC schools fought the Senate bill.
N91B flew from Athens to Fort Meade on June 17, the aircraft's first tracked arrival at that Maryland field in 67 observed trips. The timing puts a Georgia-linked aircraft in the Washington-Baltimore corridor one day before the Senate Commerce Committee markup of the Protect College Sports Act. Georgia's SEC had joined the Big Ten in opposing the draft, which would set federal rules for college-athlete compensation, transfers, health protections, and media-rights pooling.
